The patented new Injected-Core™ Molded Composite Body and Chassis System can help reduce weight while providing fuel savings, cost efficiencies and process efficiencies. Materials provided by Dow Automotive for this new system include foam and thermoplastic resins.
TM Design Research developed the patented SkyDeck RV's licensed under their SkyDeck Industries LLC subsidiary to Airstream and to Thor America. TM Design Research holds several basic patents, including the SuperSlide (Recreational Vehicle Full-Length Slideout System), the UltraLight Recreational Vehicle Body System, the RV Composite Chassis, the Rooftop Deck Systems for Vehicles and the Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Vehicle Drive System.
